
Our step-by-step running programs, motivational emails, online chat forums with experts, and online community will inspire and motivate you to achieving your running goal (whether to go from couch to 5km or smash a PB in a Half Marathon). Whilst you are getting fit, remember you are also doing your bit for the Heart Foundation. Plus, as a Jog Squad member, you go in the draw to WIN thousands of dollars worth of prizes.
Getting Started is Easy.
Step 1: Set a new running goal, it could be to jog for 10 min without stopping or to smash a personal best. Challenge yourself and enter a local Fun Run - we have put together some suggestions for you.
Step 2: Join the Jogsquad and choose a program (walking, 5km, 10km or 21km). You will then get a Springday account so you can start tracking your progress. Plus, we will also set up a fundraising page for you, so you can get your friends and family to sponsor you!
Step 3: Start training. Get the support you need from us and fellow squad members including a motivational email in your inbox each Monday
