The Springday "Create Your Own Program " enables you to track and record your own exercise activities.

This is designed for people who do a variety of exercise which does not "fit" into the programs we have created. Or for people who don't want to feel they have to follow a program.

It is a flexible solution which lets you week on week increase your Springday points as you determine. The intensity of your exercise and the points you are achieving is completely up to you!

For example, 

  • Monday - Pilates
  • Tuesday - Yoga
  • Wednesday - Walk with a Friend
  • Thursday - Bike Ride
  • Friday - Rest
  • Saturday - Netball
  • Sunday - Rest
