Choose a Springday program that is right for you.

Springday has a program for you whatever your fitness level. We provide you with a daily exercise plan that is easy to follow.

All programs combine the appropriate amount of cardio, strength and stretch to ensure that you more readily achieve your fitness goals. Our fitness programs can be done indoors or outdoors, at home or in the park.

You can alter your program at any time so if you feel ready for a new challenge, change your program.

Our programs are integrated into the Springday Points system to ensure you find balance in your life between exercise, nutrition, relaxation, water consumption and sleep, all of which contribute to your overall fitness, health and wellness goals.

I will run 10km

I WILL RUN 10KM

SPRING POINTS  1000    HIGH INTENSITY

Challenge yourself! Join the "I will Run 10km" fitness program and after 8 weeks, you will be able to run 10km without stopping. We give you the right mix of stretch, interval training and distance runs. If you have never run before, ensure you complete the "I will Run 5km" program first.

I WILL RUN 5KM

SPRING POINTS  900    MEDIUM INTENSITY

If you have never run 5km before. Join this challenge! We give you the right balance of interval training, distance runs and stretch to ensure you can achieve your goal - running 5km without stopping! At the end of the program, enter a run run to test your training.

Half Marathon

I WILL RUN A HALF MARATHON

SPRING POINTS  1100    HIGH INTENSITY

"You must do the thing which you think you cannot do". Run a Half Marathon with Can Too and Springday. This program is for people at all fitness and experience levels. If you want to train with a group, you can raise money in the process for Cancer Research. (Sydney, Melbourne)

1st Trimester Exercise Program

MY BUMP (0-12 WEEKS)

SPRING POINTS  800    LOW INTENSITY

Keep fit and healthy whilst pregnant! This low impact exercise program is designed for women in their 1st Trimester. We give you the right amount of exercise to keep mum and baby happy and healthy. Ensure you consult your doctor before embarking on an exercise program during pregnancy.

2nd Trimester Exercise Program

MY BUMP (13-27 WEEKS)

SPRING POINTS  800    LOW INTENSITY

Keep active as your bump grows! This low impact exercise program is designed for women in their 2nd Trimester. Exercise promotes health and wellbeing for both mum and baby. Ensure you consult your doctor before embarking on an exercise program during pregnancy.

Trimester 3 Exercise Program for Pregnant Women

MY BUMP (28-42 WEEKS)

SPRING POINTS  800    LOW INTENSITY

Keep moving in your 3rd Trimester. Join this program and get the right mix of activity and strength which will help with your breathing, endurance and stamina during labour. Ensure you consult your doctor before embarking on an exercise program during pregnancy.

SPRINGDAY ACTIVE

SPRING POINTS  900    MEDIUM INTENSITY

Join this program if you are looking for fun and challenging workouts in a short amount of time. Every workout is 20 minutes or less and can be done at home. No matter what level you're starting from, this program will help you reach your fitness goals. Tone your body with this entertaining and active program.
