Imagine feeling full of energy and vitality, wellness sound amazing, yet the question remains; How do we achieve Wellness? How do we know if we are on the right track?
Springday is your wellness solution, we will help you find balance between your exercise, nutrition and relaxation (including sleep). The Springday Points System lets you track your balance and holds you accountable to the choices you make.
Life is about choice! What will I eat for lunch? Will I go for a walk? Will I make time for relaxation today? The choices we make determine our overall wellness The Springday Points System is your guide to Welllness and enables you to record and reflect on your choices.
Springday Points.
Exercise - Points vary depending on how long and what type of exercise for example, A 20 minute walk will reward you with 10 points, A Pilates class is worth 20 points
Nutrition - A healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner choice gives you 10 points, a healthy snack gives you 5 points.
Relaxation - Each activity is work 30 points e.g Yoga, Meditation, Take a Bath
Sleep - Receive 5 points for each hour you sleep
Water - Receive 5 points for each glass you drink
Springday understands that Wellness is about behavioural change, and it can take time to reach your goals. The different Springday Programs all have different Minimum Points Targets.
Low Intensity Programs e.g. Walking, Springday Starter, Pregnancy Programs = Minimum of 800 points per week
Medium Intensity Programs e.g. I will Run 5km = Minimum of 1000 points per week
High Intensity Programs e.g. I will Run 10km = Minimum of 1200 points per week.
